SETT in Sweden

I listened and talked with Srini Swaminathan, a teacher from India at SETT (Scandinavian Educational Technology Transformation) exhibition near Stockholm, Sweden. What do you do when even making your way to the school is a challenge not to talk about major practical difficulties during school day like having a roof on top of the class.
