Great informal talk at Helsinki university, Playful Learning Centre

We had a great insight the other day from Professor Kristiina Kumpulainen about the research findings and theory behind the Playful Learning Center created inside Helsinki University.

Colours and shapes are a key element to supporting the leaning that takes place, so the environment and its design are a key issue, especailly when engaging the imaginative minds of young children.

The present design of the Playful Learning Center, was created in conjuntion with Fun Academy, who offer the environmet design as part of their Kindergarten solution, wp.funacademy.fi
